Project Description
E&A was responsible for designing the widening of State Street from a 2-lane to a 3-lane paved roadway. The project included a major profile change, utility coordination, and coordination with Douglas County and three adjacent SID neighborhoods. E&A also provided wetland delineation and permitting services, right-of-way and topographical surveys, construction staking, and construction administration services.
