The overall goal of this project was to conduct an Environmental Assessment to comply with Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements on federally funded projects.
Description
As part of 24 CFR 50.4, The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is required to comply with all environmental requirements and guidelines regarding historic properties, endangered species, water quality, air quality and flood management. E&A completed an Environmental Assessment report complying with the HUD Decision Making Process including public involvement, interagency cooperation, evaluation of practicable alternatives, assessment of impacts and mitigation.
