The Gallery 23 East development consisted of transitioning a vacant parcel of farmland into a multi-use development for residences, commercial spaces and retail stores. E&A inspectors permitted and inspected the various components for the development; including grading, sanitary, water, lot level and intersection improvements.
Description
The Gallery 23 East Multi-Use Development consisted of 112 lots for single family residences, 7.4 acres (48 lots) for duplex construction, 11.6 acres for multi-family residential (220 units) and 46.5 acres for approximately 480,000 square feet of various commercial uses in Fremont, Nebraska.
