Project Description
Three right-turn lanes and one left-turn lane were added along 23rd Street in Fremont, Nebraska, between North Luther Road and Diers Parkway. Three existing left-turn lane bays were also lengthened to improve traffic flow and intersection operations. At Diers Parkway, the addition of a left-turn lane and signal modifications addressed potential safety concerns at the intersection.
E&A provided project management, roadway design, survey, construction administration, and environmental services and permitting for the project.
