The Highway 370 corridor is a fast growing region of Sarpy County. However, development in the 400 acre Granite Falls area north of Highway 370 was challenged due to lack of arterial streets and public infrastructure.
I have used E&A on numerous residential and commercial projects – some fairly complex, going back to the early 90’s. They always seem to have my best interests in mind in finding reasonable solutions to tough issues. They are consistently timely in their responses and keep an open line of communication with me, which I appreciate.

Description
Working in conjunction with our client, the City of Papillion, and Sarpy County, E&A designed the Granite Falls development area with five subdivisions featuring 539 single family lots, 49 acres of commercial development, 15 acres of multi-family, a 49 acre middle school, and a flood control dam. The project included three county arterial roads, improvements to Highway 370, three creek crossing structures, a large outfall sanitary sewer, water main extensions, and coordination with the PMRNRD regarding a flood control dam.
